Rays Repairs is driven by the concepts of equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workforce, as such, they believe that by hiring and partnering with other agencies they can help employ and diversify the construction workforce. For this program they do this by refocusing their recruitment and retention efforts on female talent.

By exposing women to paid on-the-job training opportunities, their goal is to equip these women with the technical and practical assets they need to jumpstart a successful career in construction.
